We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to join an established dairy farming operation in New South Wales, Australia.

This is an opportunity for an individual with strong practical dairy experience who understands the day-to-day management of a commercial dairy operation and is confident working with livestock, people and farm operations.

🐄 THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be involved in the overall management and day-to-day operation of the dairy farm, with responsibilities including:

• Dairy herd management and livestock care
• Animal health, welfare and disease prevention
• Feeding and animal nutrition
• Monitoring herd performance and general dairy operations
• Staff supervision and day-to-day team coordination
• Farm planning and general operational management
• Irrigation and water management
• Machinery and farm equipment operation and maintenance
• Maintaining a high standard of animal welfare and farm hygiene
